What are the check-in and check-out times?

We look forward to welcoming you at check-in from 14:00 hrs. Please note that at some hotels check-in is only possible until 22:00 hrs and/or that from 22:00 hrs check-in is implemented via an automated system/electronic key box. You will receive detailed information with the confirmation of your reservation. On the day of departure you are requested to vacate your room by 11.00 hrs. If you wish to depart later, this may be possible at extra cost.

Is the reception manned 24 hours?

In the large majority of our hotels our staff are available on a 24-hour basis.

At individual hotels the reception is manned from 06:30 to 22:00 hrs. Information on this is available in the section for the individual hotel on our website.

When is breakfast served?

Breakfast from our extensive hot/cold buffet is available for you from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:00 hrs and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 07:00 to 11:00 hrs. Please note that in some individual hotels no breakfast is available. At these hotels we will notify you of breakfast facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Do the hotels have bedlinen suitable for allergy sufferers?

With a few exceptions our hotels have bedlinen which is suitable for allergy sufferers. Our staff at reception will be happy to provide you with the relevant information.

Are there exercise and spa facilities?

Some hotels have exercise facilities with the relevant equipment, a sauna or a pool. The use of these facilities is available to hotel guests free of charge.

Do the hotels have cots for babies or child beds?

Children are very welcome at Centro Hotels. Children up to the end of their third year can stay overnight free of charge in one of the existing beds. For children from the age of 4 to the end of their 14th year we charge € 25 per night for a supplementary bed. From the age of 15 the full room rate is charged. A limited number of baby beds can be reserved at a cost of € 15 per stay.

Do the hotels have Wi-Fi?

All our hotels have Wi-Fi. Its use for hotel guests is free of charge.

Do the hotels have parking facilities?

Because our hotels are always centrally located in the inner city, they don't all have their own car parks. Our staff at reception will be happy to provide you with the relevant information.

Where do I find information about facilities for meetings and conferences?

The facilities for meetings and conferences and their availability vary from hotel to hotel. Please contact the reception at the relevant hotel so that we can make you a suitable offer.

What means of payment are accepted?

You can pay your bill in cash, by debit card or by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. Payment against invoice is also available for corporate customers. As a payment guarantee, in such cases we require the number of a valid credit card which can be debited.

What types of reservation are there?

We offer guests various possibilities for making reservations. In the case of so-called '18:00 hrs' reservations your room is kept available until 18:00 hrs on the day of arrival. After that time the reservation lapses and there is no entitlement to the reserved room. In the case of a guaranteed booking the room is reserved for you on a binding basis, which also applies to any offers which have been booked and non-refundable instalments.

Please note that with reservations involving a non-refundable instalment, advance payment of the costs in full is required on completion of the booking. As a payment guarantee, in such cases we require the number of a valid credit card which can be debited.

What possibilities for cancellation are there and what are the relevant charges?

'18.00 hrs' reservations can be cancelled at any time free of charge. Guaranteed reservations and reservations made with advance payment are subject to special cancellation terms and the corresponding charges. In the case of online reservations these terms are displayed to you before you complete the booking.

For reservations made via our central reservation department or directly via the hotel you will be informed about these terms by our staff and they will be sent to you in written form with your confirmation.

Do Centro Hotels accept pets?

It is unfortunately not possible for guests to bring pets for organisational and hygienic reasons.

Do the Centro Hotels offer food and drink?

Some of our hotels offer snacks. Please check with reception what is available. Our staff will be happy to recommend restaurants for lunch or dinner. At most Centro Hotels there is a vending machine for drinks and snacks, while some hotels also have a bar in which you can spend a few enjoyable hours in the evening.

Will my data be disclosed to third parties?

In the case of online reservations your data is transmitted securely via an SSL connection and is only used for internal purposes within our hotel group.
