A NINETY NINE Hotel for Amsterdam

Berlin, Augsburg, Heidelberg and now Amsterdam. Hamburg's Centro Hotel Group has now announced the fourth location for its new NinetyNine Hotels lifestyle and budget brand. In contrast to the German locations, which will all be newly constructed in 2017, the hotel in Amsterdam will be integrated into an existing building right next to Schiphol airport. The conversion work on the 140-room hotel will begin in mid-2017. The opening is scheduled for the spring of 2018. As with the two first locations, the NinetyNine Hotel in Amsterdam features distinctive room design and an original lobby with an integrated breakfast area and bar. The most favourable feature of the hotel is its location close to the airport, which can be reached by public transport within minutes. The bus stop is right outside the new hotel.

Centro Hotel Group is demonstrating its future strategy with the decision to internationalise its new brand. The NinetyNine Hotel in Amsterdam is the group's first outside of the German-speaking countries. Rahman Neiro, CEO of Centro Hotel Group, intends to develop the brand decisively at international travel hubs throughout Europe. Both in Amsterdam and Berlin the NinetyNine Hotels are located in direct proximity to international airports.

At present Hamburg's Centro Hotel Group operates 48 hotels throughout Germany and Austria, offering a total of 4800 rooms. The group's expansion is to be continued with the Centro, FourSide and Boutique brands, together with the new budget brand NinetyNine Hotels from 2017.
